经尿道钬激光碎石术联合等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石临床疗效探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石患者施行经尿道等离子电切术(PKRP)联合钬激光碎石术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2010年1月—2016年5月该院收治的60例BPH合并膀胱结石患者为观察对象,所有患者均给予PKRP联合钬激光碎石术治疗,观察患者的手术时间、术中出血量、碎石时间、电切时间、住院时间及并发症情况。结果 60例患者均手术成功,患者手术时间约为53-106 min,术中出血量约为40-105 m L,碎石时间约为20-55 min,电切时间约为25-60 min,住院时间约为5-9 d。在术中术后,患者均未出现严重并发症。随访2-6个月,无结石复发、无结石残留。结论 对BPH合并膀胱结石患者行PKRP联合钬激光碎石术治疗的临床效果确切,具有创伤小、手术时间短、恢复快等优势,可作为首选治疗方法在临床治疗中予以推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate(PKRP) combined with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods 60 cases of BPH complicated with bladder stones in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2016 in were selected as the observation objects, all patients were given PKRP combined with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment, patients in operative time, bleeding volume, gravel time, electric cutting time, hospitalization time and complications were observed. Results 60 patients were successfully operated, the operation time was about 53~106 min, the amount of bleeding during operation was about 40~105 m L, the broken stone time was about 20~55 min, the electrical time was about 25~60 min, the length of hospital stay was about 5~9d. No serious complications occurred in the patients after the operation. Follow up of 2~6 months, no stone recurrence, no residual stone. Conclusion The clinical effect of BPH combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of PKRP complicated with bladder stones is accurate, it has advantages of small wound, short operation time, quick recovery and so on, as the preferred method of treatment in clinical treatment to be popularized.
