摘要
政府高效处理突发性危机事件是政府危机管理的重要内容。网络时代,各种信息通过微博、微信等自媒体迅速传播,政府在应对突发性危机时,与外部环境有着密切的联系,包括与媒体、社会公众之间做好沟通,避免引发更大的危机,这就对政府的危机处理能力提出了更高的要求。通过对天津滨海新区爆炸事故的回顾,找出政府、媒体和社会公众在处置危机实践中的不足,三者之间相互制约和影响,形成"三角互动沟通模式",以期更为合理有效地解决突发性危机事件。
Government should handle unexpected crises efficiently, which is an important part of the government crisis management. In the media age, all kinds of information spread quickly through the media, such as micro -blog, we - chat and so on. When facing the sudden crises, the government should closely link with the external environment including keeping good communication with the media and the public, in order to avoid bigger crises. All of this puts forward higher requirements for the government＇s ability to deal with the crisis. Through the review of Tianjin Binhai New Zone Explosion, people could find the inadequate practice of the government, media and the public in dealing with the crises. Restricting and influencing each other, the government, media, and public form the “the complementary effective triangle mode”, which is a more reasonable and effective solution to the unexpected events.
