摘要
社会工作是促进社会服务领域就业创业的重要途径,在经济下行压力仍然较大的背景下,社会工作的就业空间广阔,因此要进一步发展社会工作,促进社会服务领域就业创业。目前,当务之急是,统一思想认识,加强专业社会工作顶层设计;加快岗位开发和机构培育步伐,不断拓宽社会工作专业人才就业平台;强化职业保障,壮大社会工作专业人才队伍;加大财政投入,完善政府购买专业社会工作服务制度。
Social work is an important approach to promote social service sector employment and entrepreneurship.Social work have huge potential for development,and have wide space for employment.For further development of social work,to promote social service sector employment and entrepreneurship.We must unified ideological understanding,strengthen professional social work top level design;speed up the pace of post development and institutions to foster,broadening the social work professionals employment platform;strengthen the professional guarantee,strengthen social work professional talent team;increase fiscal input,improve the system of government purchase professional social work service.
