摘要
采用空间经济计量方法,使用2003—2011年数据,研究长三角25个城市区域创新的空间集聚现象。主要结论包括:Moran's I值及散点图表明9年间长三角区域创新投入产出存在空间不平衡性,并向上海、无锡、南京、杭州和苏州5个城市集聚;以专利为创新产出的空间动态面板SEM模型实证结果表明区域创新集聚受各城市的个体特征随机影响显著、前期创新产出影响显著且初始值具有内生性,如果忽略此影响,有可能会高估前期创新产出,而低估创新活动的空间相关性影响。
Using the spatial econometric methods ,we study the spatial integrationfeatures of technological innovation of the Yangtze River Delta based on data from 2003 to 2011 across 25 cities. The Moran' s I index and scatter plot indicate that ithas inequality and integrationof the development of the innovation among cities and gather to the 5 cities of Shanghai, Wuxi, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Suzhou. The SEM model rezults show that the Yangtze River Delta' s regional innovation activities are affected by the individual random effect, and Pre-innovation output whose initial value is endogenous.if the model ignore the effects ,it may underestimate the impact of the spatial correlation.
