摘要
目的分析基于精益管理的微创手术患者护理满意度。方法选取2013年3月—2014年3月间的120例在该院接受微创手术采用常规管理的患者作为对照组,再选取2014年4月—2015年4月间120例在该院接受微创手术采用精益管理的患者作为观察组,比较两组管理方法下的护理满意度。结果观察组的总满意率为90.0%,对照组的总满意率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于微创手术患者采用精益管理的满意度高于采用常规管理的满意度,可以提高护理人员的综合素质与能力,减少医疗设备的完好率,有利于手术更好的完成。
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgery based on lean management on the nursing satis-factory degree of patients. Methods 120 cases of patients receiving the minimally invasive surgery from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the control group, and adopted the routine management, 120 cases of patients receiving the minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the observation group, and adopt-ed the lean management, and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups was compared. Results The difference in the total satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance, (90.0% vs 76.7%),P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with minimally invasive surgery, the satisfactory degree of lean manage-ment is higher than that of routine management, and it can improve the overall quality and ability of nursing staff, reduce the readiness rate of medical device and contributes to better completing operation.
