摘要
目的探讨品管圈在提高收治大批白内障患者入院处理工作效率中的应用效果。方法品管圈活动开展以前(2014年4月~2014年11月),选择本院眼科收治的83例白内障患者为对照组。品管圈活动开展以后(2015年4月~2015年11月),选择收治的90例白内障患者为观察组。比较品管圈活动开展前后,2组医护人员技术差错发生率、患者入院处理时间以及患者对入院服务的满意度并采用自拟综合素质与能力自评表对每一位圈员进行评估。结果观察组医护人员技术差错发生率远低于对照组(P<0.05),患者入院处理时间远少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意率远高于对照组(P<0.05),比较差异均为统计学意义。观察组医护人员的团队凝聚力、责任心、积极性、沟通协调能力、成就感、品管手法等6项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的开展可明显降低医护人员技术差错发生率、缩短患者入院处理时间、提高患者满意度、提高医护人员自身综合素质与能力,从而有效提高大批白内障患者入院处理的工作效率。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on enhancing the efficiency of being hospitalize for large quantities of cataract patients. Methods 83 cataract patients before quality control circle (from April 2014 to November 2014) were control group,while the 90 cases after the quality control circle (from April 2015 to November 2015 ) were the observation group. Compare the error incidence rate of medical staff, admission processing duration and satisfaction of the patients. AT the same time, evaluation every member of the quality control circle using self- rating scales for comprehensive quality and ability. Re.suits The error incidence rate of medical staff and admission processing dura- tion of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ,and the degree of satisfaction in observation group is higher than that of control group, which diffferences have statistical significance(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The quality control circle can remarkablely reduce the error incidence rate of medical staff, admission processing duration, develop patients'degree of satisfaction and Qcc members' comprehensive quality and ability, and ultimately help to enhance the efficiency of being hospitalize for large quantities of cataract patients.
