摘要
目的研究并分析骨科护理管理中PDCA循环法的应用与效果。方法收集骨科护理人员共16例,从2015年6月开始,对其实施PDCA循环管理法,将实施前的职业懈怠感评分、职业感知效能评分以及护理质量评分作为对照组,将实施后的相关数据作为观察组,对两组数据进行统计和对比。结果观察组的职业懈怠感评分明显低于对照组,观察组的职业感知效能评分明显高于对照组,观察组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在骨科护理管理过程中,PDCA循环法能够显著提高护理人员的护理质量,提升医院管理的质量,使患者能够得到更加高水平的护理服务,值得推广应用。
Objective To research and analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the nursing managementin the department of orthopaedics. Methods 16 cases of nursing staff in the department of orthopaedics were collected,and they had adopted the PDCA circulation method since June 2015, and the professional negligence score, professionalperceptive efficacy and nursing quality score were used as the control group, and the related data after implementation wereused as the observation group, and the data between the two groups were counted and compared. Results The professionalnegligence score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the professional perceptiveefficacy score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the nursing quality score inthe observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, all P〈0.05. Conclusion In the nursing managementcourse in the department of orthopaedics, the PDCA circulation method can obviously improve the nursing quality ofnursing staff, improve the hospital management quality and make patients obtain a higher level nursing service, which isworth promotion and application.
