大学教师职能异化问题及其对策研究

摘要 大学教师职能异化主要是指大学教师群体在教育教学、科学研究、社会服务实践过程中逐渐偏离行业职责,从而使大学教师发展出现偏差的这样一个过程。大学教师的职责是随着大学功能的扩展而不断发展起来的,随着社会的发展,现今大学教师各个职能都发生了不同程度的异化。为了扭转异化的局面,可以分别从制度、社会环境和教师自身三个方面提出对策。从而保障大学教师群体更好地履行职责,健康地发展。 The alienation of University teachers mainly refers to a process in which university teachers gradually deviate from their duty in education, teaching, research and social practice, resulting into the deviation of teachers' development. The duty of university teachers developed constantly along with the expansion of university functions. With the development of the society, every duty of university teachers has deviated from what they should be in different degrees. To change the situation, we put forward the countermeasures from three aspects respectively, including regulation, social environment and teachers themselves, which will ensure that teachers can perform their duties better with sound development.
