帕金森病的早期预警和干预还远吗？ 被引量：2

摘要 长久以来,尽管人们一直认为帕金森病（Parkinson＇s disease）在临床发病前已存在相当一段时间,但直到突触核蛋白的发现和德国Braak教授据此提出帕金森病病理分级,帕金森病的前驱期（pro-dromal stage）才逐渐获得认可和重视.在整个帕金森病病程发展中,从出现非运动症状到符合帕金森病诊断标准的运动症状出现之前的阶段被定义为帕金森病前驱期.
