Application of magnetic resonance imaging on mild cognitive impairment

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,主要表现为进行性认知障碍和记忆能力损害.其发病率随着年龄呈近似于指数式的增长.鉴于中晚期AD的治疗效果不佳,越来越多的研究者开始关注与痴呆紧密关联的前期智能衰退的轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)阶段,以期做到疾病的早期预警和防控.MCI在65岁以上人群的发病率为13%~19%,其中有超过50%的MCI患者在5年内进展为AD[1].
