摘要
研究蔓荆子醇提物的抗衰老与抗花生油氧化作用。昆明种小白鼠经颈背皮下注射D-半乳糖建立亚急性衰老模型。蔓荆子醇提物以高、中、低剂量(300、150、75 mg/kg)灌胃衰老小鼠。结果表明,7周后蔓荆子醇提物中、高剂量均能显著降低小鼠血清、肝和脑组织中的MDA含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),显著增加小鼠血清、肝和脑组织中SOD的活力、小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数以及脑神经元数(P<0.01,P<0.05)。在35 d贮藏期内添加蔓荆子醇提物(添加量0.04%、0.06%、0.08%)花生油的酸值(AV)和过氧化值(POV)均显著降低。蔓荆子醇提物有较好的抗衰老与抗氧化作用。
The anti - aging and antioxidant effects of alcohol abstracts from Vitex trifolia L. were studied in this paper. The subacute aging model was established by neck hypodermic injection D -galactose in Kunming mouse. The aging model mice were administered intragastrically with alcohol abstracts from Vitex trifolia L. for 7 weeks at the doses of 350 （high）, 150 （middle） and 75 （low） mg/kg each day. The results showed the content of malondialde- hyde （MDA） in serum, liver and brain tissue was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）, while the activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD） in serum, hver and brain tissue, the spleen index and thymus index, and number of brain neurons was significantly increased in high and medium dosage group（ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Within 35d stor- age time, alcohol abstracts （0.04%, 0.06% , 0.08% ） from Vitex trifolia L. were added, and then the acid value （AV） of peanut oil and peroxide value （POV） were significantly decreased. The results showed that alcohol ab- stracts from Vitex trifolia L. had good anti -aging and antioxidant effects.
