摘要
目的:通过动物实验,对地黄不同炮制品的清退虚热,滋阴作用进行比较研究,探讨其作用机理。方法:采用小鼠灌服甲状腺片造阴虚模型,通过对小鼠血浆中cAMP、cGMP、血清中T3、T4等指标的检测,观察地黄不同炮制品对阴虚模型小鼠的影响。结果:阴虚模型小鼠血浆cAMP、cAMP/cGMP显著升高,cGMP降低,血清中T3、T4含量有显著升高;地黄能降低阴虚小鼠cAMP、cAMP/cGMP的含量,显著降低阴虚小鼠血清中T3、T4含量;鲜生地对阴虚模型小鼠效果最明显。结论:地黄的不同炮制品均有明显的清退虚热,滋阴作用,以新鲜生地作用为优。其作用机制可能是通过调节cAMP、cGMP、T3、T4的含量而达到的。
Objective:To compare the effects of eliminating fever and nourishing yin and study the mechanism based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide the basic evidence for the quality criteria of different processed product of DH. Methods:The yin deficiency mice models were made by administered animals ig with thyroid tablet, the effect of different processed product of DH on the yin deficiency models in mice were observed by T3 and T4 concentrations of serum, CAMP and CGMP contents of plasma. Results : Compare the effects of different processed products of DH on the yin deficiency mice models. The yin deficiency mice showed the concentrations of serum T3 and T4 stepped up significantly, the contents of plasma CAMP and ratio of CAMP/CGMP increased remarkably and CGMP decreased significantly. The different processed products of DH increased remarkably the content of serum T3 and T4 and the contents of plasma CAMP and ratio of CAMP/CGMP. the new technical processed products of DH was best. Conclusion : The different processed products of DH shows significant eliminating fever and nourishing yin action on the yin deficiency mice models and fresh DH is the best. The DH nourishes yin by adjusting the contents of cAMP, cGMP, T3, T4.
