摘要 以全国铁路既有货场为研究对象,基于不同节点等级,研究了跨区域下多等级铁路物流中心选址优化方法.在利用改进DEA模型对既有货场发展状况进行评价的基础上,以铁路既有货场资源利用最大化、铁路物流中心建设成本最小化为优化目标,建立铁路物流中心分层选址的0-1混合整数规划模型,并设计了遗传算法进行求解.最后,以全路2500余个货场为对象,设计了"45-256-509"的全路铁路物流中心选址方案,三个层次的节点分布呈金字塔形,符合网络构建的基本特征,充分验证了优化数学模型和求解算法的有效性,为铁路物流中心的建设提供参考依据. To construct and develop railway logistics centers(RLCs)is a foundational project to develop modern logistics for China Railway Corporation.Reasonable location of RLCs is important to improve Railway Corporation's freight and logistics market competitiveness compared with other modes of transportation.This paper mainly focuses on optimizing the location of RLCs based on different grades,which takes all the railway freight yards as research objects.Based on the evaluation of railway freight yard with the method of improved DEA,a 0-1 mixed integer programming model about the location of RLC is raised in this paper,of which the objective functions are the maximum utilization of railway freight resources and minimum of construction costs.Also genetic algorithm(GA)is designed to solve this model.Finally,a location plan of RLCs in China is proposed,which contains 45first-grade RLCs,256second-grade RLCs,509third-grade RLCs,based on 2500 railway freight yards.This result can fully prove that the model and solution algorithm are effective.Also this location plan can provide reference for RLCs' construction to the decision-makers.
