摘要
对"电导法测定十二烷基硫酸钠的临界胶束浓度"实验中存在的问题进行了讨论和分析,并结合教学实践对实验进行了若干改进,主要由采用加入法配置溶液、使用四环电极测定溶液电导率、运用Origin软件处理电导率-浓度数据等。以上改进使实验测定结果更加准确、可靠,并简化实验操作、减少了药品用量,同时加深了学生对该实验原理和方法的理解,培养学生的实验技能、提高了学生科研素养,从而提高了教学效果。
Analysis and discussion were made on the problems of the experiment of determination of critical micelle concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate by conductivity method. According to teaching practice, several improvements to the experiment were carried out, which including the change of solution preparation by addition method, the use of the 4-pole potentiometric method for measuring conductivity, and the data processing by Origin software. Compared with conventional method, these improvements greatly reduced the loss of regents and simplified the experimental operation, and the results were more accurate. Experiment innovation ability of students was improved and the understanding on working mechanism was also strengthened. An efficient experimental teaching was achieved by using the above improvements.
