摘要
表面活性剂作为药物制剂辅料广泛应用于各类药物中,发挥润湿、乳化、增溶等作用。临界胶束浓度是表面活性剂性质的一个重要参数,在药学专业开设临界胶束浓度测定实验很有意义。考察了实验条件及影响因素并探讨了作为综合性和设计性实验的可行性。
As pharmaceutic adjuvants, surfactants, producing marked effects on wetting, emulsifica- tion, solubilization and so on, are widely used in various types of drugs. The critical micelle concen- tration is an important parameter in the nature of surfactants. It is very meaningful to set up the experi- ment of the determination of the critical micelle concentration in pharmacy. This article investigated the experimental conditions and influential factors and debated the feasibility of the experiment which can be comprehensive and designing .
