摘要
目前国内外有关骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折所选用的最佳手术时机尚无公认的标准。通常认为在一定时间的正规保守治疗无效后，应考虑进行椎体强化手术治疗。本文认为通过量化评分系统，选择相应的治疗方式，统一手术时机的标准，将对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床治疗起到深远的意义。
The best operation time of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture is not clearly specified at present, it is generally acknowledged that surgical treatment is necessary for patients whose conservative treatment is ineffective. This article suggested that quantitative scoring system should be used for the selection of applicable treatment and appropriate operation opportunity; this method could be a significant guidance for clinical treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
