摘要 结合某有色金属材料的连续批量热处理工艺和控制要求,介绍基于辊底式热处理炉控制系统的技术与特点。这种由进料位、循环处理位、出料位、出料旋转位组成的连续生产线,系统具有技术性能高、集成成本低、出炉热损失小、节能环保等特点,能够较好地实现自动化连续作业,有效地提高了生产效率,改善了工人的劳动强度,具有广泛的推广和应用价值。 In this paper, combined with a continuous batch non-ferrous metal materials heat treatment process and control requirements,based on the control system of roller hearth furnace heat treatment technology and the characteristics. This is by feeding, circulation processing, discharge, discharge rotation of continuous production line, the system has a high technical performance, integration, low cost,small released heat loss, energy conservation and environmental protection as the characteristic, can well realize automatic continuous operation, effectively improve the production efficiency, improve the labor intensity of workers.
