摘要 结合某工件的连续批量热处理工艺和控制要求,介绍基于三维料车的多工位热处理炉控制系统的技术与特点。这种多工位的三维料车连续热处理生产线控制系统具有技术性能高、生产效率高、出炉热损失小、节能环保等优点,能够较好实现连续自动化作业,有效地提高了生产效率,降低工人的劳动强度,具有一定的推广和应用价值。 This paper introduces the techniques and characteristics of multistage heat treatment furnace control system based on Three-di- mensional trolley, combined with the continuous batch heat treatment process and control requirements ofa workpiece. This control system has the advantages of high performance, high production efficiency, low heat loss, as well as energy saving and environmental protection. In addition, this control system can achieve the continuous automatic operation, effectively improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and has a certain popularization and application value.
