摘要
铝材在退火过程中温度恒定,能良好的去除内部应力,增强塑性。针对箱式退火炉控制精度高,本文设计了以S7-300PLC为中心的温度控制系统,调用连续FB41控制器形成温度闭环控制方式,与脉冲发生器FB43组合,形成固定周期的脉冲,触发固态继电器的通断,达到调功的作用。组态上位机软件WinCC,实现各类电机的远程控制,实时监控退火炉的工作温度,提高控制系统自动化程度。CPU315-2DP通过PROFIBUS-DP总线控制变频器MM440,使风机的风速稳定,进而使退火炉内温度分布均匀,提高产品质量。
In this paper,a temperature control system based on S7-300PLC is designed.The continuous FB41 controller is used to form a closed-loop temperature control mode,which is combined with the pulse generator FB43 to form a fixed cycle pulse to trigger the on-off of the solid-state relay to achieve the function of power regulation.WinCC software is configured to realize the remote control of all kinds of motors,monitor the working temperature of annealing furnace in real time,and improve the automation degree of control system.CPU315-2DP controls frequency converter MM440 through Profibus-DP bus,so that the wind speed of fan is stable,thus the temperature distribution in annealing furnace is uniform,and the product quality is improved.
