摘要
针对大型综掘巷道超前支架体积大,不易在实验室中对其进行动力学特性试验研究等问题,基于相似理论,建立比例为1:8的相似试验模型。分别对原型机和试验模型进行模态试验分析,测得两者固有频率以及各阶的模态阵型。试验结果表明:原型机和试验模型的各阶模态阵型基本一致。由试验得到的原型机固有频率与由相似原理推算原型机固有频率的平均误差为4.72%,最大值为7.93%。对按比例制作的试验模型进行模态分析以及动力学特性研究,基本上能够反映原型机的动力学特性。
Considering that it is not easy to carry on a dynamic characteristic test research on advanced roadway support in the laboratory because of its large volume, a similar test model of proportion of 1:8 based on similarity theory was established. A mode analysis of the prototype and the test model was completed, and natural frequencies and modal shapes of each order were measured. The test results show that the modal shape of prototype and test model are basically the same, that the average error and the maximum error are 4.72% and 7.93% obtained by prototype and the similarity principle, and that the model analysis and the dynamic characteristics of the test model can basically reflect the dynamic characteristics of the prototype.
