摘要
以HS210混砂车螺旋输砂器为原型,根据Bockinghamπ定理,参照实际的结构和工作参数,采用量纲分析法完成1∶2、1∶5的试验模型相似设计,并运用Fluent流体分析软件对原型及试验模型出砂口流量进行数值模拟。将模拟结果与相似准则的计算结果进行对比分析可知,模拟值比相似理论计算值偏高,但其误差均不超过22%,在一定程度上能够反映原型机的实际工作情况,证明对HS210螺旋输砂器模型试验的相似设计是可行的。
With the spiral sand conveyor of the HS210 blending truck as the prototype and in light of the theo- rem of Bockingham π, the similarity design of the 1 : 2 and 1 : 5 test model was completed referring to the practical structure and operating parameters and adopting the dimensional method. The Fluent fluid analysis software was used to conduct a flowrate numerical simulation of the sand outlet of the prototype and test model. A comparative a- nalysis of the simulation result and the result of the similarity principle was made. It has been proved that the model test established according to the similarity theory has a result error of less than 22%. The practical operating condi- tion of the prototype can be reflected to some extent. It has been proved that the similarity design of the model test of the spiral sand conveyor is feasible.
