摘要
由于受地质条件和施工工艺的限制,盾构掘削参数的变化难免会对地层产生扰动影响,往往由此而引发一系列的环境病害问题,故而有必要开展土体-盾构系统的基础试验研究。首先进行了盾构模型试验方案的设计,该方案包括直径0.4 m的土压平衡模型盾构、2.4 m×2.4 m×1.2 m的试验土箱、盾构工作驱动系统和数据采集系统等4部分;随后在软硬不同的模型土层中,进行盾构不同工作参数组合的掘削试验,得出一些有用的规律。
Due to the limitation of geologic condition and construction technology, the advance of shield machine would disturb stratum inevitably, which could induce a series of environmental problems. For better understanding the relationship between the soil working parameters of machine and the perturbation characteristics of stratum, it is necessary to start the elementary experiment researches on ground-shield machine system. Therefore, a special test scheme was designed firstly for this purpose. It included: (1) A model of earth pressure balance shield machine with diameter of 0.4 m; (2) A soil box with dimension of 2.4 m×2.4 m×1.2 m; (3) Control system of driving and rotating; (4) Computer-aided data collection system. Subsequently, in hard and soft model stratum respectively, various working parameters of machine were combined for tunneling test. Based on the test results, some useful rules were drawn.
