摘要
目的:探讨教学实验室隐性课程建设对学生的影响。方法:通过优化物质环境、规章制度、文化与精神环境对西医基础教学公共实验室进行隐性课程建设。结果:进入实验室学习的本科生学习兴趣明显提高,带教老师对学生总体评价较高,学生的科研创新能力与综合素质也得到了较大的提高。结论:教学实验室隐性课程的建设与应用有利于提高学生的综合素质和创新思维的培养。
Objective:To explore the influence of the construction of the hidden curriculum in the teaching laboratory on the students. Methods To construct the hidden curriculum in the public teaching laboratory of basic medicine by optimizing the material environment, regulations, culture and spirit environment. Results:The students' learning interest was significantly improved, and the teachers' overall evaluation was higher, and the students' innovation ability and comprehensive quality was improved. Conclusion: The construction and application of the hidden curriculum in the teaching laboratory is beneficial to improving the students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability.
