摘要
构建科学、合理的绩效考核与薪酬分配制度,符合公立医院改革和医院内部精细化管理的需要。介绍了以资源消耗为基础的相对价值比率(Resource based relative value scale,RBRVS)评估系统及其在医院绩效考核分配中的应用,分析了我国现有医务人员考核分配存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议和对策。
In order to construct a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and salary distribution system, the need of the reform of public hospital and internal fine management is conformed. The paper gives a comprehen- sive introduction to the RBRVS (Resource Based Relative Value Scale) evaluation system and application in the hospi- tal performance .appraisal and distribution, analyzes the problems existed in the existing physician appraisal and distri- bution, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
