汽轮机半轴的复合热处理工艺研究

摘要 对30CrMnTi汽轮机半轴分别进行了常规热处理和复合热处理,并对其进行了显微组织、硬度梯度和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与常规热处理相比,复合热处理获得的汽轮机半轴的晶粒明显细化,组织分布更为均匀,力学性能明显提高;复合热处理汽轮机半轴距表面深度10 mm时的硬度值降幅从44.1%减小至11.7%,抗拉强度增加27.8%、屈服强度增加23.3%、伸长率增加22.9%、冲击吸收功增加20.3%、扭断载荷平均值增加88.6%、断口起伏高度平均值减小43.0%、断口扭转角平均值减小54.2%。30Cr Mn Ti钢汽轮机半轴的复合热处理工艺优选为:880℃×10 min淬火后880℃×2 min高频感应淬火。 Conventional heat treatment and composite heat treatment for 30CrMnTi turbine half shaft were carried out, respectively. And the microstructure, hardness gradient and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with conventional heat treatment, the grains for turbine half shaft obtained by composite heat treatment are obviously refined, the distribution of microstructure is more uniform, and the mechanical properties are obviously improved; the hardness of the composite heat treatment for the half shaft reduces from 44.1% to 11.7% when the surface depth is 10 ram, the tensile strength increases by 27.8%, the yield strength increases by 23.3%, the elongation increases by 23.3%, the impact absorption power increases by 20.3%, the average value of twist-off load increases by 88.6%, ups and downs average height of the fracture decreases by 43.0%, and the average fracture torsion angle decreases by 54.2%. The optimized composite heat treatment for 30CrMnTi steel turbine half shaft is 880℃×2 min quenching and then high frequency induction hardening of 880℃×10min.
