摘要
研究了中频感应加热的移动速度变化对冷拔态40Cr钢制轻型汽车半轴组织和扭转性能的影响。结果表明,随移动速度的减慢,半轴的有效淬硬层深度增加,抗扭强度提高,最大扭矩和断时扭角增大。其扭转性能的改善,与有效淬硬层深度密切相关。
The effects of movement speed change in induction hardening on microstructure and torsional properties of 40Cr car half shaft after cold-drawing were studied. The results show that the thickness of efficient harden layer, torsional strength, maximal torsion and breakage torsional angle increase with the decrease of movement speed. The improvement of torsion properties has familiar relation with thickness of efficient harden layer.
