大模数半轴齿轮温冷锻工艺精整量优化选择 被引量:2

Optimization of Sizing Amount During Warm-cold Compound Forging for Half Axle Gear With Big Modulus

摘要 针对大模数半轴齿轮温锻—冷精整工艺中冷精整量这一关键工艺参数,建立半轴齿轮冷精整有限元模型,采用有限元模拟软件DEFORM—3D对冷精整过程进行数值模拟,得到了冷精整过程中坯料的充填情况、等效应变分布和整形凹模的应力分布规律。结果表明,当整形量留在齿廓的时候齿形变形情况较为均匀,凹模受力较小,模具寿命较高。并采用冷精整工艺实验验证了冷精整过程数值模拟结果的正确性。研究结果对于大模数半轴齿轮冷精整量的优化选择,具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。 The sizing amount is regarded as the key process parameter in warm forging-cold precision sizing process. On the basis of warm forging-cold precision sizing, the finite element model of cold precision sizing for half axle gear was established. The software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the cold precision sizing process, through which the filling situation, the equivalent strain distribution and the distribution law of stress of the sizing die. The results showed that when the sizing was left in the tooth profile the tooth deformed uniformly and the die was small forced with a high die life. Correspongding experiments were carried out and the results showed that the simulating result was credible. Meanwhile, the results provide the reference far the optimization of sizing amount on the half axle gear surface in the performing process.
