摘要
目的了解农村居民食品安全知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状及影响因素,为开展相关知识宣传教育提供依据。方法 2015年2月采用便利抽样的方法抽取山东、湖北、浙江三省300名农村居民,发放自行设计的问卷进行调查,并采用SPSS 19.0进行统计学分析。结果农村居民食品安全相关知识平均(7.45±2.14)分,态度平均(3.37±1.60)分,行为平均(8.84±2.64)分,知识、态度、行为之间均有相关性;不同地域、年龄、学历、家庭每月总收入之间的KAP得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),食品安全KAP之间呈现正相关。地域、学历、家庭每月总收入是KAP得分的影响因素;电视、广播是农村居民了解食品安全知识的主要途径和喜欢的知识宣传方式。结论相关部门应采取农村居民喜闻乐见的方式进行宣教,提高农村居民对食品安全方面知识的兴趣,改变不良行为。
Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP）about food safety among rural residents and to discuss the influencing factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 residents from rural areas in Shandong,Hubei and Zhejiang provinces randomly selected using convenience sampling method SPSS 19.0was used for data statistical analysis. Results The average scores of knowledge,attitude and practice about food safety among rural residents were（7.45±2.14）,（3.37±1.60）and（8.84±2.64）,respectively.There were obvious correlations among knowledge,attitude and practice.The scores of KAP varied significantly among rural residents from different provinces,with different ages,educational backgrounds and family monthly income（P〈0.05）which were found to be influencing factors of KAP.TV and radio were the main media to achieve knowledge of food safety in rural areas. Conclusions The scores of KAP are still low among residents in rural areas,therefore,food safety education should be enhanced in acceptable and amusing ways to promote their KAP.
