摘要
[目的]对湖南省农村居民食品安全知识态度行为及需求现状进行调查研究。[方法]采用问卷调查和小组访谈的方法,对茶陵县部分农村居民进行调查。[结果]大部分农村居民缺乏有关食品安全知识,主要担心的问题是蔬菜中农药残留问题,对于农村消费者权益保护有较高的法律意识和防范意识。[结论]政府应采取多种措施加强食品安全卫生知识宣传和加大卫生监管力度。
[Objective] To investigate the current status of food safety knowledge, attitude, behavior and needs among rural residents in Hunan province. [Methods] An anonymous questionnaire was conducted to investigate the rural residents in Chahng county as well as group interviews were taken for them. [Results] Most of people were lack of food safety knowledge, and the main problem they worried about were pesticide residues in vegetables, so they have high level consciousness of law and Protective Act for Consumer Right. [Conclusion] Propaganda of food safety and health should be enhanced with various methods by the government as well as the food safety supervision should be promoted.
