摘要
目的:了解广州市农村地区中学生食品安全知晓情况及影响因素。方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法以自填问卷的形式对中学生的食品安全知识进行调查分析。结果:被调查的386名学生食品安全知识总体知晓率为46.7%。相比于初中生,高中生的食品安全知识总体知晓率更高(P <0.001,OR=2.646,95%CI:1.710~4.095);相比于较低人均收入的家庭,来源于人均收入较高的家庭的学生食品安全知识总体知晓率更高(P=0.002,OR=1.509,95%CI:1.158~1.968)。结论:广州市农村地区中学生食品安全知识知晓率偏低,应有针对性地加强食品安全宣传教育工作,避免食品安全事件的发生。
Objective:To understand the awareness of food safety knowledge and its influencing factors among middle and high school students in rural areas of Guangzhou.Method:A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to investigate and analyze the food safety knowledge of middle school students in the form of a self filled questionnaire.Result:The overall awareness rate of food safety knowledge among the 386 students was only 46.7%.The results also showed that the overall awareness rate of food safety knowledge among high school students was higher than that among middle school students.(P<0.001,OR=2.646,95%CI:1.710~4.095).Besides,compared to families with lower per capital income,students from families with higher per capital income had a higher overall awareness rate of food safety knowledge(P=0.002,OR=1.509,95%CI:1.158~1.968).Conclusion:The awareness rate of food safety knowledge among middle and high school students in rural areas of Guangzhou is relatively low.Targeted efforts should be made to strengthen food safety publicity and education to avoid food safety incidents.
