净菜加工质量安全信息管理平台的构建 被引量:3

摘要 针对净菜加工企业采购、贮藏、加工、销售、配送等过程中存在的质量安全隐患,以现代农业信息技术为依托,结合新型农业信息监测、采集设备,为企业打造提高质量安全管理和自动化程度的信息化系统。根据净菜加工企业业务需求,在关键质量安全控制点引入一系列自动化监控设备,包括农残快速检测仪、条码电子称、温度监控设备、配送监控设备等,将系统与自动化管控设备通过串口、无线通信等技术无缝对接,为企业提供了采购、原料仓储、净菜制品仓储、净菜加工、销售和物流配送等业务流程的信息化管理功能。应用测试分析表明,该系统显著提高了企业在质量安全方面的应对能力,减少了传统管理方式产生的错误和监管缺失,提高了企业生产管理的规范化水平和全方位监督能力。 Quality hazards exist in the purchase to sale processes of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables manufacture enterprises.An information system was established to avoid the quality and safety problems for such enterprises.Several automatic monitoring devices were applied based on the modern agriculture information technologies,such as the fast detector of pesticide residues,the electronic scale with bar-coding,the temperature monitoring devices and the distribution monitoring devices.The monitoring devices were connected with the system by serial ports or wireless communication technology,then the functions of purchase management,raw material storage management,fresh-cut products storage management,manufacture management,sale management and distribution management were provided.The applying test analysis indicated that the capability of quality problems responding was promoted,the errors existing during the traditional management were reduced,and the normalization levels and overall motoring ability of the enterprise were enhanced.
