摘要
主要对提升零售物流配送中心储位流通效率的路径进行了研究,以M公司为例,运用EIQ-ABC分类法,结合物流仿真软件,对物流配送中心的储位进行了优化,最后通过具体数例证明了该方法可以缩短配送中心拣货员的行走距离,降低作业时间和成本,从而达到提升储位流通效率的目的。
In the case of the company M, this paper mainly studied the path to improve the storage space circulation efficiency of the retail logistics distribution center of the company, optimized the storage space of the logistics distribution center using EIQ- ABC and the logistics simulation software. Finally, through a specific numerical example, it was shown that the method proposed could shorten the walking distance of the pickers in the distribution center, reduce the operation time and cost, and thus improve the circulation efficiency of the storage spaces.
