摘要
目的分析中西医结合方法治疗老年骨性关节炎患者疗效。方法回顾性选择2014年6月—2015年6月本院96例老年骨性关节炎患者临床资料,按照治疗时方法分组,对照组45例采用西医治疗,研究组51例采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组疗效及JOA骨关节功能评分。结果研究组JOA评分明显大于对照组,研究组患者治疗总有效率96.08%大于对照组82.22%,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合方法治疗老年骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis in elderly patients.Methods Clinical data of 96 cases of bone arthritis in elderly patients from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively selected according to the treatment method of grouping. The control group of 45 patients used Western medicine. The study group of 51 cases used therapy of integrated medicine. The therapeutic effect and joint function JOA score were compared. Results The JOA score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was 96. 08% which was higher than 82. 22% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis in elderly patients has significantly clinical effecct.
