摘要
目的探讨中西医结合在老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年4月—2014年4月我院诊治的80例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者资料进行分析,采用随机数字方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用单一西医治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合中医治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果实验组有效率为95%,显著高于对照组(85%)(P<0.05);实验组满意率为95%,高于对照组(65%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前证候积分差异不显著(P>0.05);实验组治疗后临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组临床证候差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前视觉模拟评分(VAS)差异不显著;实验组治疗后1周、治疗后3周、治疗后6周视觉模拟评分(VAS),显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者在单一西医治疗基础上联合中医治疗效果理想,能够改善患者关节功能,减轻临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods From April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital,data of 80 cases of elderly patients with knee arthritis were analyzed. Using a random number method,patients were divided into control and experimental group. The control group received a single Western medicine.The experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95% which was significantly higher than 85% of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of was 95% of the experimental group which was significantly higher than 65% of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Syndrome score before treatment was not significantly different（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,clinical symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）,the clinical syndrome of the experimental group was significantly higher that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the visual analog scale（ VAS） between the two groups was not significantly different. After treatment of one week,three weeks and six weeks,the VAS of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions On the basis of the single Western medicine,Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis has satisfactory effect,can improve patient＇s joint function,reduce clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion and application.
