摘要
目的:研究半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床价值。方法:选取98例带状疱疹门诊患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组各49例。对照组静脉注射阿昔洛韦0.5 g(溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml),2次/d;治疗组在上述药物治疗基础上给予半导体激光照射治疗。连续治疗7 d后评估两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的疼痛和皮损积分分别下降(9.26±1.60)和(1.91±0.48),明显高于对照组患者(4.93±1.72)和(1.28±0.59),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束2个月后随访对照组患者遗留神经痛比率明显高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(2.0%vs 16.3%,P<0.05)。结论:半导体激光联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效明显优于单纯应用阿昔洛韦治疗。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of semiconductor laser combined aeyelovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Method 98 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. 49 patients in control group received 0. 5 g acyclovir (dissolved in 250 ml 5% glucose) by intravenous injection, twice a day. 49 patients patients in therapy group received the same dosage of aeyclovir and 'also received the therapy of semiconductor laser. Patients in both the groups were evaluated clinically after 7 days therapy. Results Both score of pain and lesion in therapy group decreased by (9. 26 ± 1.60) and ( 1.91 ±0. 48) ,which were higher than that of control group[ (4. 93 ± 1.72) and ( 1.28±0. 59) ] ,the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). A two months follow - up study shows that the rate of postherpetie neuralgia in therapy group was significantly lower than that of control group(2. 0% vs 16. 3% ,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The study showed that semiconductor laser combined acyclovir is more effective than the simple application of drug in the treatment of herpes zoster.
