摘要
目的研究分析泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法入选本次研究58例带状疱疹患者均为2017年6月~2018年5月期间收治,入组后利用随机分组的形式将其分为单一组与联合组,单一组29例患者服用泛昔洛韦进行治疗,在此基础上联合组29例患者联合半导体激光照射进行治疗,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果(1)联合组患者治疗总有效率96.6%比单一组患者治疗总有效率69.0%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后联合组患者水疱消失时间、疼痛缓解时间及完全结痂时间均低于单一组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前两组患者VAS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组患者VAS评分低于单一组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带状疱疹实施泛昔洛韦联合半导体激光照射治疗的效果较为理想,同时降低了临床症状消失的时间,更是缓解了患者的疼痛感,值得推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze he curative effect of famciclovir combined with semiconductor laser irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 58 patients with herpes zoster who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected in this study. They were randomly divided into single group and combined group. 29 patients in single group were treated with famciclovir while 29 patients in the combined group were treated with semiconductor laser irradiation on basis of famciclovir. The curative effect was analyzed. Results (1)The total effective rate of treatment on the combined group was 96.6%, significantly higher than that of the single group 69.0%. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(2)After treatment, the disappearance time of blister, relief time of pain and complete incrustation time in the combined group were lower than those in the single group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).(3)There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). VAS score after treatment of the two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The VAS score after treatment of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the single group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of famciclovir combined with semiconductor laser irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster is ideal. Meanwhile, it can reduce the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and relieve the pain of the patients, which is worthy of promotions and application.
