摘要
建立液相色谱-质谱/质谱法测定饲料中四环素类(四环素、土霉素、金霉素、强力霉素)药物残留的方法,旨在提高检测效率和检测限度。实验中,采用Na2EDTA-Mcllvainc缓冲溶液提取样品,经Phenomenex Strata-X固相萃取柱净化,进行液相色谱-质谱/质谱法分析。结果表明:四环素类标准品3个添加浓度20、50和100μg/kg的平均回收率为93%~103%,相对标准偏差小于15%,四环素类药物的检测定量限(LOQ):20μg/kg,检出限:5μg/kg。标定曲线的线性范围:10~200μg/L,R〉0.998。此方法适用于饲料中四环素类药物残留检测。
A high performance liquid-MS/MS detection method was established for the simultaneous determination of multi- ple trtracyelines, TCs (TC, OTC,CTC,DOXY)residues in feedstuff. TCs in feedstuff sample was extracted with Na2 EDTA- Mellvaine buffer solution, after centrifugation, cleaned with a Waters Oasis HLB SPE cartridge, and then detected by HPLC- MS/MS. Results showed that the average recoveries of the tetracycline at the three concentrations of (20, 50 and 100 μg/kg), were from 93 % to 103 % with RSD 〈15 %. The limit of quantity(LOQ) to TCs:20 μg/kg. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10~ 200 μg/L and R〉0. 998. The method was suitable for the detection of TCs residues in feedstuff.
