超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定混合型饲料添加剂中土霉素和金霉素

摘要 本研究旨在采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法优化检测混合型饲料添加剂中土霉素和金霉素残留量。试样经Na_(2)EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲溶液提取,HLB和MCX固相萃取柱净化,甲酸铵溶液洗脱后上机测定。结果显示:该方法在2~200μg/L内具有良好的线性关系,定量限为20μg/kg;土霉素的空白样品平均加标回收率为86.8%~95.5%,精密度(RSD)≤4.5%;金霉素的空白样品平均加标回收率为88.1%~94.6%,RSD≤4.1%。综上,该方法适用于混合型饲料添加剂中土霉素和金霉素残留量的定性与定量检测。 There residues of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline in mixed feed additives were optimized by UPLC-MS/MS method.The sample was extracted by Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine,purified by solid-phase extraction,eluted with ammonium formate,and then determined on machine.The results showed that oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline detected by this method had a good linear relationship between 2 ~ 200μg/L.The limit of quantity of the method was 20 μg/kg.The average spiked recovery of the blank sample of oxytetracycline was 86.8% ~ 95.5%,and RSD was ≤ 4.5%.The average spiked recovery of chlortetracycline blank sample was 88.1% ~ 94.6%,and RSD was ≤ 4.1%.The method had good repeatability and could be applied to detection of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline residues in mixed feed additives.
