摘要
研究分析产业园区规划过程中的主要疑惑,确定产业园区产业发展和土地规划融合的三大规划理念:产业集聚、生态工业和产业新城规划理念。提出在规划调研、规划编制和规划执行过程中具体的相融路径。结合《山东高密市城北工业园区产业规划及概念性总体规划》编制,讨论解决产业发展和土地规划不和谐、不相融的问题,并形象具体地在规划成果中展示相融效果。
Practice combining with the planning of “North industrial park, industrial planning and conceptual planning of Gaomi city in Shandong province”,deep discussion to solve the problem of disharmony and no fusion between industrial development and land planning. The study analyses the main shortcoming of industrial park planning, confirming the three major ideas of fusion between industrial development and land planning： planning concept of industrial agglomeration, ecological industry, and industrial town. Put forward the mixture of the specific path in the process of planning research, planning and implementation, and specifically in the planning results show image of blending effect.
