Constructing new countryside of socialism is good for promoting the construction of a harmonious society in China, enlarging its domestic demands and increasing the full usage of its resources. On the route of technology, productivity development is the first important mission, the technical innovation is the basic support. The government＇s important responsibility is to coordinate and instruct the new countryside to complete its construction plan, strengthen the generalization and application of technical achievement, actively promote the process of rural industrialization, and train new peasants.
