摘要
目的探讨血清CEA和CA19—9联合检测在Ⅳ期胃癌腹膜转移患者的诊断、鉴别中的作用。方法采用酶偶联吸附法和化学发光免疫分析法对胃癌腹膜转移患者、无腹膜转移胃癌患者和正常人群进行血清CEA、CA19—9检测，分析两者联合检测在诊断和鉴别Ⅳ期胃癌腹膜转移中的作用。结果转移组血清CEA和CA19—9水平均显著高于其他两组（P〈0．05）；无转移胃癌组CEA和CA19-9水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论CEA和CA19—9水平在诊断Ⅳ期胃癌腹膜转移中有着重要作用，二者联合检测可以作为该病临床诊断方法，且操作简单，值得临床推广。
