摘要
胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，尽管胃癌的发病率在全球呈下降趋势，但其死亡率仍仅次于肺癌居各种恶性肿瘤的第2位。准确的胃癌术前分期对选择合理的治疗方案、评价预后等具有重要的指导意义。
