摘要
目的 评价MRI造影与64排螺旋CT灌注成像在早期肝癌诊断中的应用效果。方法 选取2012年1月~2014年1月于我院就诊的疑似早期肝癌患者共70例,将患者按适应证分为两组,各35例。对照组患者给予常规的MRI造影检查,观察组患者给予64排螺旋CT灌注成像检查,比较两组患者的诊断结果 。结果观察组35例患者中经过64排螺旋CT灌注成像诊断,确诊患者15例,达42.86%,对照组中确诊患者3例,确诊率为8.57%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组采用64排螺旋CT检查出29例患者的62个肝内病灶及16例患者的53个肝外病灶;对照组采用MRI检查出24例患者的44个肝内病灶以及14例患者的36个肝外病灶。观察组肝内病灶阳性率为82.26%,明显高于对照组的61.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 64排螺旋CT灌注成像用于诊断早期肝癌患者准确性以及精确度、敏感性等更好,值得在临床上大力推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of MRI angiography and 64 slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diag- nosis of early hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 70 suspected cases of early hepatocellular carcinoma in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Each group had 35 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine MRI examination,and the observation group were given 64 slice spiral CT perfusion imaging.The diagnosis results of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the obser- vation group (35 cases) patients by 64 slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis,15 patients diagnosed,achieved 42.86%,3 cases were diagnosed patients in the control group,the diagnosis rate of 8.57%,between the groups compared with statistical significance (P〈0.05). The observation group using 64 slice spiral CT examination in 29 patients of 62 liver lesions and 16 patients with 53 extra hepatic lesions; control group with MRI,the lesion in 44 liver in 24 patients and 14 patients of 36 liver lesions. The positive rate of liver lesions in the observation group was 82.26%,significantly higher than that of the control group (61.36%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of early hepatocellular carcinoma patients with better accuracy, accu- racy, sensitivity,and so on,it is worthy of clinical application.
