摘要
【目的】研究醉马草对伴生种的化感作用,探讨其对伊犁绢蒿和针茅种子萌发特性和幼苗生长的影响。【方法】以毒草醉马草为供体植物,伴生种伊犁绢蒿和针茅为受体植物,采用培养皿滤纸法做种子萌发实验,探讨其化感作用。【结果】开花期醉马草水浸液处理伴生种种子后,对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响总体均表现为抑制作用;不同部位的化感作用强度为叶>茎>根,且均为浓度越大抑制作用越显著。【结论】醉马草水浸液对伊犁绢蒿和针茅种子具有一定的抑制效应,这可能是造成伴生种大面积退化的原因之一。
[ Objective ] To study Achnatherum inebrians allelopathic effect on accompanying species and discuss germination and seedling growth characteristics of Seriphidium transiliense and Stipa capillata seed. [ Method ] Poisonous weeds Achnatherum inebrians as donor plants, associated species S. transiliense and S. capillata as receptor plants, using Petri dish with filter paper method for seed germination experiments to ex- plore the allelopathic effect. [ Result] After A. inebrians at the flowering stage treatment seed, on seed germi- nation and seedling growth of the overall performance of inhibition; Allelopathy intensity in different parts of the performance substantially leaf 〉 stem 〉 root, and the higher the concentration, the more significant of inhibition would be. [ Conclusion ] Overall, A. inebrians aqueous extracts S. transiliense and S. capillata seeds have a certain inhibitory effect, which may be one of the reasons for the degradation of a large area of as- sociated species.
