摘要
以茎瘤芥种植地区常见的农田杂草酢浆草为供体植物,以3个茎瘤芥品种("永安小叶"、"涪杂2号"和"涪杂5号")作为受体植物,采用室内生物测定方法,测定比较了酢浆草不同浓度水浸液处理3个茎瘤芥品种种子的发芽率、根长、茎长和鲜质量,以明确酢浆草对茎瘤芥的化感作用。结果表明:不同浓度的酢浆草浸提液对3个茎瘤芥品种种子萌发和幼苗生长均有明显的化感效应,高浓度的浸提液显著抑制茎瘤芥的生长与发育,且随着水浸液浓度的升高其抑制作用增强;不同茎瘤芥品种对酢浆草化感作用的敏感程度不同,由强到弱依次为"涪杂5号"、"涪杂2号"、"永安小叶";该试验为酢浆草入侵地区茎瘤芥栽培品种的选择和抗杂草新品种的筛选培育提供了科学参考依据。
Farmland weeds of Oxalis corniculata were used as the donor plant which could commonly be found at the area planting Brassica juncea var.tumida,three cultivars of B.junceavar.tumidaincluding‘Yong'an Xiaoye',‘Fuza No.2'and‘Fuza No.5'as receiver plant,the germination rate,root length,stem length and fresh weight of three cultivars of B.junceavar.tumida seeds treated with different concentration of O.corniculata aqueous extract were determined by indoors using a bioassay method to study the allelopathic effect of O.corniculataon B.junceavar.tumida.The results showed that seeds germination and seedling growth of the three tested cultivars of B.junceavar.tumidawere significantly affected by the aqueous extract of O.corniculata with different concentration.The growth and development of B.juncea var.tumida were significantly inhibited by high concentration treatments,and the inhibition increased with concentrations of aqueous extract.The sensitivity of O.corniculataaqueous extract was different among three tested cultivars and were in the order of‘Fuza No.5',‘Fuza No.2'and ‘Yongan Xiaoye'.This study gave scientific basis for selecting the appropriate cultivars and cultivating weed-resistant varieties of B.junceavar.tumidain O.corniculatainvasion areas.
