摘要
用鲜山楂中的天然红色素及酸味、鲜味替代合成的食品添加剂(胭脂红、枸橼酸及山楂香精),改善健胃消食咀嚼片外观、性状及口感,对天然色素的应用技术进行研究,为健胃消食咀嚼片的生产提供技术支持。
Use of natural red pigment in fresh hawthorn for substitution for food additives(such as carminum, citrate and hawthorn essence) can improve chewing tablet for stomach care and promoting digestion in appearance, features and taste. In this article, the technology of application of natural pigment was studied, which can be used as the technical support of the production of the chewing tablet.
