高效液相色谱法测定苯扎氯铵中烷基组成的比例并比较国内外样品的差异 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法对苯扎氯铵中烷基组成的比例进行测定,并比较国内外样品的差异。方法采用Inertsil CN-3色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.1 mol·L^(-1)醋酸钠溶液(醋酸调节p H至5.0)-乙腈(53∶47)为流动相,流速为2.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长为254 nm,柱温为35℃。结果 n-C_(12)、n-C_(14)、n-C_(16)分别在0.252~25.20、0.121~12.11、0.018~1.844 mg·m L^(-1)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为109.6、172.9、120.0 ng,3种单体的3个不同浓度的回收率在97.8%~102.4%,RSD在0.16%~1.2%。结论经方法学验证,本方法能快速、准确测定苯扎氯铵中烷基组成比例。 Objective To determine the alkyl components in benzalkonium chloride by RP-HPLC method and compare domestic and foreign products. Methods Inertsil CN-3 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was 0.1 mol·L(-1) sodium acetate solution(using acetic acid to adjust p H to 5.0)-acetonitrile(53∶47). The flow rate was 2.0 m L·min(-1), the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results n-C_(12), n-C_(14) and n-C_(16) showed good linearity at 0.252- 25.20 mg·m L(-1), 0.121-12.11 mg·m L(-1) and 0.018- 1.844 mg·m L(-1), respectively. The detection limits were 109.6, 172.9 and 120.0 ng, respectively. Recoveries of 3 homologs at different levels were at 97.8%- 102.4% and the RSD was at 0.16%-1.2%. Conclusion This method can be used to the determine the alkyl compositions in benzalkonium chloride quickly and accurately.
