摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定化妆品中防腐剂劳拉氯铵、苄索氯铵和西他氯铵的含量。方法采用Agi-lent Zorbax CN色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1mol.L-1醋酸铵缓冲溶液(冰醋酸调节pH值至5.0)(75︰25),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为260nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μL。结果劳拉氯铵、苄索氯铵和西他氯铵的检出限分别为0.04μg,0.07μg和0.03μg,线性范围为5.0~100.0μg·mL-1,回收率为94.4%~102.6%。结论本研究建立的HPLC方法稳定可靠、简便易行,可用于化妆品中同时测定防腐剂劳拉氯铵、苄索氯铵和西他氯铵的含量,为《化妆品卫生规范》中补充完善禁限用物质检测方法奠定了基础。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of lauralkonium chloride, benzethonium chlorid and benzenemethaminium in cosmetics. Methods Agilent Zorbax CN column was adopted for the study, methanol with 0.1 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution (75:25, pH=5.0) was used as mobile phase in isocratic elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Results The limits of detection for lauralkonium chloride, benzethonium chlorid and benzenemethaminium were 0. 04μg, 0.07μg and 0.03μg. A linear relationship was observed in the range of 5.0-100.0μg·mL-1. The average recoveries are 94.4%-102.6%. Conclusion The HPLC method developed is simple and valid which can be used for simultaneous determination of lauralkonium chloride, benzethonium chlorid and benzenemethaminium in cosmetics; it also provides a foundation for the complement of restricted substances detecting methods in " Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics".
