摘要
学校缺乏专门的学术道德教育课程,部分导师的首要责任人职责未履行好和研究生自我道德教育缺失是研究生学术不端行为频发的重要原因。需要从以下几个方面预防研究生学术不端行为。即开设专门的学术道德教育课程或专题,加强学术生态建设;积极营造研究生自主学习的良好环境;健全研究生导师责权机制;完善研究生学术质量保障体系。
There are three reasons that cause the academic misconduct:lack of specialized academic moral education courses in the school,some instructors' inadequate fulfillment of their primary responsibilities and graduate students' lack of self-moral education.Solving the academic misconduct can refer to the following aspects:we should open special academic moral education curriculum or topics,strengthen the construction of academic ecology;we should create a good autonomous learning environment for postgraduates;we should to improve postgraduate tutor'responsibility mechanism and improve the academic quality assurance system.
