摘要
为营造风清气正、积极向上的研究生学位论文学术氛围,促使研究生切实发挥科研生力军作用,产出更多、更好的学术科研成果,在导师的指导下独立完成高质量、高水平的学位论文,提高研究生学位论文质量和学位授予水平,构建起一套科学合理的研究生学位论文学术不端行为监督体系显得尤为重要。学术道德与学风建设作为深化研究生教育改革的重要组成部分,是研究生培养过程中必不可少的培养环节。通过加强学术道德与学风建设,培养起研究生的诚信意识和道德意识;通过强化导师责任意识与提升导师指导能力,真正发挥导师教学育人的主观积极性;通过增强主管职能部门对学术不端行为的监管力度,形成主管职能部门、教学单位和研究生导师多管齐下、相互监督、相互协调的学位论文监控机制,构建起研究生学位论文学术不端行为有效监督体系。
A scientific supervision system＇s construction is very important for building the fresh and active academic atmosphere,impelling the graduates to act as scientific research main force and produce more and better scientific research achievements,finishing high-quality and high-level degree thesis all by himself under the guidance of the teacher,raising degree theses and degree level. Academic morality and style of study are the important contents of deepening the graduate education reform. It＇s the essential link of the graduate education. An efficient supervision system is constructed for the graduates＇ degree thesis academic misconduct,by strengthening academic morality and style of study through academic morality and style of study,intensifying tutor＇s responsibility sense,promoting tutor＇s guidance ability and playing a role of teaching and educating,and increasing the executives department ＇s supervision on the academic misconduct to form the multipronged and inter-coordination and mutual surveillance mechanism.
